What the app stores

Your reading position, settings, bookmarks, highlights and notes are stored only on your device. There is no account and nothing you read is sent to us.

What is collected

• Purchases. Premium is sold through Google Play. Google, and our purchase-verification provider, process the purchase token and an anonymous app identifier to unlock Premium and restore it on reinstall.
• Crash reports. If the app crashes, an anonymous technical report (device model, OS version, stack trace) may be sent so we can fix the bug. It contains no verse text or personal data.
• Translation downloads. Downloading a translation requests a file from our server; standard server logs (IP address, time) are kept briefly for operation and security.

What is not collected

No name, email, location, contacts or advertising identifiers. The app shows no ads and does not share data with advertisers.

Notifications

The daily verse notification is scheduled locally on your device and can be turned off in Settings.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Bible texts

Scripture texts are public domain or open-licensed; attribution is shown in Settings → Translations & licences.
